Also includes two objects designed exclusively by Nick Cave and Bob Faust: a metal rolling tray and a silk eye mask handprinted in gold with a design by Laurène Boglio printed at Paper City Clothing Co. in Holyoke, Massachusetts, made for, and available only with, this edition.
